Returns & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Please note: our 30-day return policy applies to eligible returns only. It is not a 30-day money-back guarantee, and it does not mean that opened, used, or partially used products can be returned simply because the customer feels the product did not work as expected.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unopened and unused
  • In the same condition that you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Sealed, where applicable
  • Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

Because our products are consumable health and wellness supplements, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, used, partially used, or tampered with, unless the product is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied.

Damages, Defects & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it.

If your item is damaged, defective, leaking, incorrectly supplied, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at info@vukamanje.co.za so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We may request photos, batch details, or other information to help us assess the issue.


Health, Side Effects & Product Suitability

Results from supplements may vary from person to person. We do not guarantee specific results, and our products should not be seen as a guaranteed treatment or cure for any condition.

If you experience unwanted side effects, please stop using the product and consult a healthcare professional if needed.

Used or opened products cannot be returned or refunded due to personal preference, individual results, or reported side effects, unless the product is found to be damaged, defective, contaminated, or incorrectly supplied.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used supplements
  • Partially used products
  • Products with broken seals
  • Products not in their original packaging
  • Products that have been tampered with
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

This does not affect your statutory rights where a product is damaged, defective, unsafe, or incorrectly supplied.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied.

If your return is approved and you would like a different product, the fastest way is to place a new order once the return has been assessed.


Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved or declined.

If approved, you will be refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and reflect the refund.

Where are orders shipped from?

We ship directly from our warehouse in Durban, KZN to your door.

What is the cost of shipping?

Shipping costs R89 for orders less than R599, and is free for orders over R599.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept South African EFT/bank transfers, as well as all major debit and credit cards using PayFast. Please contact us directly via email or Whatsapp for EFT/Bank transfers

When will I receive my order?

Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 working days from when your payment clears, and up to 7 days for outlying/rural areas.

What courier service do you use?

  • Our preferred shipping service is Bob Go.
  • We offer express shipping for faster delivery at R299.
  • We may use a variety of couriers including RAM, The Courier Guy, Skynet, Internet Express, and Fastway.

How long does delivery take?

  • Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 working days from when your payment clears, and up to 7 days for outlying/rural areas.
  • For main hubs (Durban, Pretoria, Johannesburg & Cape Town), standard delivery takes 3-4 working days.
  • Express shipping ensures delivery within 1-3 working days.
  • If you use Zapper or PayFast, your payment clears immediately.
  • If you use bank transfer or EFT, please allow 1 day for your payment to clear if you pay from FNB, or 2 days if you pay from another bank.

Do you auto-ship products or offer subscriptions? 

No, we do not offer any subscriptions and will never charge your card automatically.

How does your refund policy work?

Refund Policy

We want every Vuka Manje order to arrive in excellent condition. If your item arrives damaged, broken, or with a broken seal, please contact us and we will assist you as quickly as possible.

Please note the following:

  • Supplements do not qualify for refunds unless the item arrives damaged, broken, or unsealed
  • If the packaging is broken or the seal is damaged, the item may qualify for a refund
  • We reserve the right to request a return for orders containing two or more of the same item
  • Only one refund per household will be considered
